About The Practitioner

Jennifer M. Cox  L.M.T

To say a little about myself. I began my career as a waitress. Memorizing my clients and their needs was and is my best skill. I transitioned into nursing which was easy for me because the only thing that changed was my client's needs. After that I decided massage therapy would be a great addition to my skill set. In that year I learned a whole new approach to pain management and healthcare. I graduated from the Denver School Of Massage Therapy, since then I have dedicated my career to Massage Therapy. I Specialize in Deep Tissue, Swedish,& Trigger Point Therapy. I offer my clients a healthy and holistic approach to pain reduction and management through whole body wellness therapeutic massage. I believe too many of us have depended on  pharmaceuticals treat pain and injury only to find out that prescription pain relief therapy is a short-term and limited. I use a well balance blend of techniques to harmonize the body, mind and spirit customized to the needs of each client. My Personal goal with each of my client's is to become more aware and of their body's needs to find the root cause of their physical pain to control and eliminate the causes.

Lisa Mack

It is with great honor and respect that I practice the art of healing massage and bodywork. I found that I have a gift and I'd love to share it with you. This is my tenth year in practice and my philosophy is everyone deserves to feel good! Each massage is a very personal connection between the client and therapist and can never be duplicated.

The benefits of massage therapy are many. They include, muscular pain relief, lowering blood pressure, helps with lifting depression and encourages anxiety release. How wonderful!

Are you pregnant? Congratulations! My prenatal massage is wonderfully relaxing and helps ease the pains of Mommy-to-be's aching joints and back. Following the birth of your beautiful baby you can relax, ease sore muscles, boost a tired psyche as well as get a little help with sleep, weight loss and increased lactation all with a postnatal massage session.

Have you been in an accident? I am so sorry to hear that. I've been there, too. My experience with Accident Recovery treatments such as Neuromuscular therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching and Muscle Energy Techniques are both relaxing and therapeutic.

Just need to unwind and relax? A personalized, custom session is perfect for you. We will work together to plan the perfect therapeutic treatment - just for you.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you!
